Founded in 1986, Ningbo Zhenhua Life-saving Equipment Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Zhenhua Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. constitute an integrated enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of life-saving equipment. Covering an area of over 60,000 square meters with total assets exceeding RMB 120 million, the company is strategically located near Xiangshan Port on the East China Sea coast, enjoying excellent transportation links. Backed by a strong team of technical experts and nearly four decades of dedicated effort, the company has independently developed eight major product series: inflatable life-saving equipment, positioning devices, marine pyrotechnic distress signals, inflatable life rafts, multi-functional pneumatic line throwers, micro gas cylinders, curtain track systems, and—as a domestic first—an independently developed, eco-friendly, high-strength TPU composite fabric inflatable life raft series.
Zhenhua has long adhered to the philosophy of "Technology First, Quality-Led, and Customer Supreme." The company maintains rigorous internal management and has established a comprehensive ISO9001 quality management system. Its marine pyrotechnic distress signals and inflatable life jackets are manufactured in strict accordance with national standards (such as GB4541 and GB4543) and international regulations (including SOLAS, LSA, and MSC.81(70)). These products have been inspected and approved by the China Classification Society (CCS) and the Fishery Vessel Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, and have obtained EU EC certification as well as DNV/DNVGL certification.
Through continuous independent R&D and innovation, the company has secured over 30 national patents. It collaborated with the Wuhan Standards Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport to draft the industry standard JT346-2004 "Marine Inflatable Life Jackets" and participated in revising the national standard for "Marine Line Throwing Appliances" alongside the Research Institute of Highway (RIOH) under the Ministry of Transport. Zhenhua’s products are exported to numerous countries and regions—including Spain, Switzerland, France, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Greece, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong—and are widely distributed across major inland and coastal port cities in China, earning high praise from customers.
